Verified Renter Avana Westchase is absolutely wonderful- from the office staff and the maintenance workers to the actual community here. I was looking for somewhere that would feel safe and make me feel like I am not living in the city. This was exactly what I was looking for! I would highly recommend to live here!

Verified Renter When my issue is addressed. Since Avana West Chase has safe and quiet surroundings that would provide to be asset to others.
Verified Renter I would not recommend these apartments. While it is affordable priced, it is not worth the headache of dealing with pests in the unit. The renovations to the kitchen are very nice, but the bathroom fixtures are very old and in need of renovation. I have been cleaning my apartment and keeping it spotless and yet I continue to see roaches, ants, spiders, and tiny black bugs on the walls and sink. The property is not well kept.
