Would not recommend We lived here for 2 years. The grounds are not kept clean at all. There’s garbage everywhere, nobody picks up after their dogs, and the pools (especially the small one) are always either closed for maintenance or are dirty. The pond that they have has trash floating in it and all along the shore you can find trash. In terms of inside the apartment-it was fine. The appliances worked fine and there was AC/heat. Verified Renter 3yrs and counting living here has been great. The community is nice, the management and maintenance teams are top notch. The schools are great, golf courses in any direction. If you’re into walking the shopping center is literally down the road which has a Publix, restaurants, medical, dental, nails, hair the list goes on basically if you choose to make Avana Westchase your home you won’t be disappointed.
