Verified Renter I really love living at Avana Westchase. The location is ideal with so much in walking distance and just a short drive to great areas like Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor. The office and service staff are amazing. Always friendly and helpful and my work orders are always completed within 24 hours. I have lived in lots of apartments and this one is at the top of the list. Highly recommended.

Would give 10 stars if possible! Lived here for 3 years and loved it! The office staff was always friendly and maintenance was always speedy with repairs to my unit. The only reason I left was for a job relocating me. Beautiful pools and grounds, keep up the good work! I would recommend checking them out when looking for an apartment in Westchase!!!!

Verified Renter This property does not care about trash and or filth in the front of their property. When residents and/or guests enter the community they will be greeted by large piles of trash that are often opened by animals that spread garbage contents around the area... I have taken pictures of this many times as well as labels on boxes of constant offenders. I would ask the on-site management as well as Greystar properties to help me understand why you accept this constant filth in the entrance of your property.
