Verified Renter Living at Avana has been the worst experience of any place I have ever resided. The apartments are old and the remodel is just a cover up. Upon move in, we had curse words written on the blinds, doors broken, handles missing, knobs missing from the oven. Most of that got fixed but should have been an issue when a new tenant arrives.
