Verified Renter This is a beautiful complex… It’s very quiet compared to where I was before the leasing staff is amazing and super friendly and I worked with Grace who was a godsend! Maintenance works hard to keep the grounds clean and the community happy and safe… It’s only been a few days but I am loving it here!

Verified Renter Avana Westchase in my estimation is very safe, the maintenance is excellent. I feel very comfortable with the lack of noise from other apartments, also pet friendly.
Verified Renter Mid pandemic I needed somewhere for me and my son to be. Everything was handled to quickly and efficiently, it did not ever feel like I had searched for housing. Wonderful staff. Talked with my neighbor about 2 weeks after moving here. He stated he had only planned to stay for 1 year, he was looking for a house. He has been here for 6. All the confirmation I needed.

Verified Renter Finding a safe neighborhood and clean apartment was extremely important. Not to mention the school district was another deal breaker. We toured the townhomes at Avana last and so glad we did. We really liked the townhome and the area. Grace from the beginning was always available and always helped throughout the whole process. We have been living here for about 2.5 weeks and are so glad we chose Avana.

Verified Renter Wonderful place to live. It feels like we are living in a vacation resort! They have many events to provide a community feel. For example, food trucks, back to school backpacks filled with school supplies, breakfasts and so on. The only thing I wish they would bring back is COFFEE at the clubhouse for us ADULTS.
