Verified Renter Here in Avana, we have a very friendly neighborhood and calm environment. Kids can play outside the house freely. We did not get any issues with the building/house like pest issues or water leakages. As per my experience, Avana is the best choice we made.

Verified Renter The neighborhood is so quiet and everyone is so friendly, & the plaza within walking distance is such a plus, so many stores but having Publix and a UPS store is so nice, the community is clean and very well kept. Overall I have had a 10/10 experience.
