Currently in dispute with them as they lied about the final mileage and tried to charge me over £400. I have evidence of the current mileage which I sent in but rather than admitting their mistake they initiated the dispute !!

I handed back a car in near perfect condition both inside and out and used very little mileage, way below what I had been paying for yet they charged me for some little scuffs on the wheels. The gentleman collecting the car even said he rarely gets a car back in such good condition. Con men!!

Can't supply vehicles in time, repeatedly left without a vehicle, being sent to booking thats not even confirmed, being to sent to collect my vehicle that hasn't been finished yet. Having to get Taxis to and from garages, the list goes on. AVOID!!! Glad we are coming up to the end of our contract!!

Absolutely shocking service lex provide, staff don't want to help with your issue, when you get put through to complaints department they are clueless, its the worst standard of service I have ever seen, If I could I would give them no stars.
