While the initial sales process seemed fine, the salesperson was overly pushy, pressuring me to sign the agreement quickly. The invoicing process was a mess, with serious attention to detail missing. The installation work itself was acceptable, but the engineer left the place in a terrible state, with inadequate cleaning.
