Super fantastic shop assistants -kind, patient and they know their stuff so well
Shop assistants are helpful until the point of return. Tried to return a faulty item (stitching had frayed around the belt loop area), however George (manager) refused a return although I had a valid receipt. He seemed more interested in retaining store profits rather than processing a refund. These practises by Levi's staff are at odds with the Consumer Rights Act. However was eventually resolved with chasing up the customer services team.
