This place took excellent care of my nan in the final stages of her life. Communicated well with family members, my nan was actually happy there and the staff I felt genuinely cared for the residents as when the time came to say goodbye to my nan, they laughed and cried with us sharing memories. They took time to make her special beautiful meals as she was vegetarian and the place was clean and thankfully smelt nothing like other nursing homes I have been to.
