I had the best experience with Sonia. She was so helpful, and friendly.the property she has found me is perfect for me and my needs. Couldn’t be happier ☺️
The attitude of the staff here is horrible, I would not rent from them, this is the second encounter and same attitude. DONT rent from them very unprofessional.
Was advised I had the property and would need to sign forms to secure it. Signed forms and handed them over. Turned down another property because of this, only to be told the property was given away to someone else.
Phoned to advise a gutter fixed to one of there rental property’s which is next door to my property and was causing water damage to my property needed fixing, Sonia Richardson from Letts & Co was very unhelpful had an attitude basically told me to arrange to have it fixed myself the building has nothing to do with me I live next door why bother using Letts if they are not going to action maintenance issues when they arise maybe Sonia needs to go on a refresher course on how to deal with residents queries
