Had a very tough time with them, both throughout the year and when trying to end our tenancy. Firstly, we had a multitude of issues with the flat. Boiler wasn’t working, doors weren’t secure and issues with the drycleaner were all present when we moved in. We were told to contact letts and co and they would send to fix it. Not only did it take a lot of nagging for them to send someone along for every single issue, but in one instance there was a timing error in which we were told the wrong time for the arrival of the repair ... read more

The attitude of the staff here is horrible, I would not rent from them, this is the second encounter and same attitude. DONT rent from them very unprofessional.
