If I could 0 I would. We signed for a flat. Didn’t hear anything back, saw our form had been cancelled. Called the next morning was met with rude lying behaviour. Finally caught them out and they admitted to cancelling our form and going with another person for the property despite saying we were the 1st choice. All of this happened in the space of 4hrs, pressuring in to sign for a property, unable to ask simple questions like the EPC rating. Avoid avoid at all costs, be ready to pay way more over the asking price too.

Avoid at all costs. Accused me of signing a tenancy I never agreed to — no ID, no contract, no payment, nothing. Then tried to stick me with 6 months of unpaid council tax for a house I’ve never even set foot in. Blamed me using fake contact details. Zero accountability. Either totally incompetent or something more sinister. Steer well clear.
Overall, a great experience. I was very pleased to receive our full deposit back without any unnecessary nitpicking. The landlord, whom the agency represented, was extremely kind and helpful throughout our tenancy. The agency itself was consistently responsive, communicative, and easy to talk to whenever we had questions or concerns.
