Overall, a great experience. I was very pleased to receive our full deposit back without any unnecessary nitpicking. The landlord, whom the agency represented, was extremely kind and helpful throughout our tenancy. The agency itself was consistently responsive, communicative, and easy to talk to whenever we had questions or concerns. Very nice & helpful team here throughout tenancy.
Extremely poor. Avoid! They discriminate if you receive any kind of benefit and tell you that you must earn £26,000 a year even though we have proof that we can afford the rent and we pay the rent on time at our current property. We also have a guarantor who works full time and a homeowner. We have referencing to prove the rent has always been paid on time. They won't even allow you to view the property and will shoot you down straight away. They don't listen and don't understand people's circumstances. We had an issue befor... read more
I seldom leave public reviews, but I rented through Letting-R-Us in Frome and am happy to share that the experience and service were excellent, personal, prompt and responsive to any queries; the whole process was very straightforward.
Richard came in on his day off (weekend before new year) to give me a spare key when I locked myself out. Greatly appreciated.
