We rented a house from letters for 6 months. I found Letters Property Management to be very professional and prompt -- all paperwork was dealt with immediately. Any issues we had with the property got fixed immediately, communication with the agency was quick and effective. We are currently with a larger, better established letting agency and are having all sorts of problems. To the downside, I have to say that Mandie's management style is not for everyone. Very rude & not professional.
Awful rent a property and they take absolutely ages to get anything sorted for example never had an eicg electric check in the 3 years we have been here they don't check anything they took 24 weeks to get the garage door fixed and so on no heating from when we moved in 2017 September heating was fixed by December the 3rd my wife was pregnant two absolutely disgusted with them
These ladies have been looking after us for years. Fantastic Agency. Highly recommended them.
