Worst company I have dealt with. The property they manage above mine has been leaking for months and they have still not repaired it properly. LetsBWise and Mr Mareban Bashir the landlord have been negligent in their approach to repairs. They don’t respond to communication in a timely manner and I attended their office and spoke to the managing director who frankly did not seem bothered. Excellent service from LBW. Very friendly and efficent staff. They have always been quick to respond to any queries I may have and swiftly deal with any problems that arise. They are always quick to find reliable and suitable tenants for my property. Can't recommend them enough!
