Very awful experience with Letsafe. My house got riddled with moulds and I informed them on THREE occasions and nothing was done about it. I eventually got sick and had to take a sick absence from work for the first time ever as I am also allergic to it. Still nothing was done. This caused me to terminate my rental contract and I was still fleeced off my deposit afterwards. Let’s safe allegedly spent over £340 to fix a burn mark on the kitchen table. All of the letsafe staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Joanne. From our first visit of the property to finishing our tenancy very professional and accommodating to our needs.
I had a really great experience with letsafe. Solomon kept me updated on every step throughout the process and also was very patient answering all my questions almost instantly through emails.
Had some referencing checks done with LetSafe and realised I’d misspelt one of the requested email addresses, sent an email and it was sent quickly resolved and responded to by Solomon Andrews, he was extremely helpful and very pleasant!
