If you need a capable, reliable and friendly estate agent, these guys are what you need. They sold my house in LE5 within 2 weeks. Arguably a popular area so would've sold regardless. But, what you get with Phil and Laura is the extra mile. They keep you updated with regular check ins, no question is a silly question with them, they are thorough and chased our buyers, the Conveyancer, pretty much everyone in the chain. We have just sold our house through Let’s Move and highly recommend them. Their communication and knowledge is outstanding and they made sure we were constantly kept up to date with things. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. Phil in particular is really hands on with chasing things up. Our sale wasn’t always straightforward but they kept us reassured throughout and dealt with the challenges as they happened. Would recommend Let’s Move to anyone looking to sell their home!
