I'm sorry but the new flat has got mould in places and the first few week there we're slugs crawling around at night. I've just gone out to buy a dehumidifier for the mould.
Very little care for Tennant's in damp & mould ridden properties. I was not a Tennant but my partner was, resulting in a very lengthy process but my partner was rehoused by the council and the property deemed unfit for habitation untill the work was carried out (it was never carried out and the property is now on the market for sale)
