Was told we could view on the Monday, no answer everyday I’ve called until I’ve called again on the Wednesday, to be told the property is being completed on. Utterly useless and unprofessional.
Absolutely horrible service and professionalism. For example, Agency failed to deal with simple communal maintenance issues, and at times this became a hazard for residents. Another instance can be seen where LMP fails to notify tenants of visits and will terminate contracts to bring in new tenants at an increased rate. Happy to supply more examples with evidence.
Had a viewing booked and the agent didn't turn up. Had to call twice after waiting for 20 minutes and were told that the property had been leased out. They neglected to bother calling or emailing to let us know the viewing had been cancelled.
