Horrible company and customer service that allows fraudulent companies to use their service to steal from people's credit cards. When contacted they explained there was nothing they could do and allowed the company to keep operating under their name. The fraudulent charge on my credit card is listed as less accounting and they refused to issue the refund and I was forced to take legal action. I do not recommend anyone with a good reputation to utilize this company or services

My experience with Less Accounting was beyond poor. I was charged more than $1,000 to bring our books current. I was told by Donnie Cooper that they had experience with our online mostly income streams and that they could handle our bookkeeping. I went into detail our issues with quickbooks and using that software. He told me multiple times that they could handle the system. They didn't. My books are more a mess now than they were when I first contracted with Less Accounting; and their system is significantly harder to use. ... read more
