We had the worst service at this Les Schwab. My mom and I came in and one of the employees was on the phone and 2 others where just standing there listening to his conversation. No one greeted us or asked if they could help. one of them finally walked toward us and I asked him if he could take a look at our tire. The young kid, I believe his name was Tyler, took down our account information but still acted like we where bothering him. I have never had such bad customer service from a Les Schwab employee.
Usually Les Schwab is great, but today I discovered the Mission St. Les Schwab does not give a military discount. Being a daughter in a military family allows me to have a special appreciation for the men and women who serve or served our country. It is my opinion that American companies who do not honor or offer a military discount are doing a real disservice to America and the soldiers who risk their lives for this country!
