Great service super busy location hope your not in a hurry!
Fast and mostly friendly...all.the men were very friendly, woman, not so much!!
So, here I sit at the Les Schwab on Barnes in South Salem. The work van got a flat 5 minutes after I pick it up (at 6pm). Les Schwab closes at 6pm! I call and talk to Chad, the assistant manager, and not only does he offer to put the spare on, but when finding there is no spare, he offers to install 4 new tires. We needed new tires anyway. Did I mention ALL OF THIS HAPPENED AFTER STORE CLOSING!!! Thank you is not enough!
Same story as everyone else.waited for over 2hrs.and the repair only took minutes....it would be nice to kept informed why my car is still sitting in the same spot while I sit in the lobby staring at the clock.
You all are wonderful! Thank you for working so quickly. It's easy to be stressed when you have a flat however, the guy at the Mission St location made it so easy. He was very welcoming, he was a blessing in a stressful moment.
