I’ve been here 3 times in the last month for the same tire. Not only did I have to take time off work but They didn’t see the leak the first 2 times. I lost 8 pounds of air in 2 days. The third time they found a large, fast leak in the sidewall. The guy at the counter said I am lucky I didn’t have a blow out. Not to mention I waited almost 3 hours the last 2 times I was there. Incredibly frustrating when the lobby is empty and your customers have to keep coming back.
Fastest experience yet - less than an hour for a tire change and new wipers.... and they didn’t even break anything this time! Still over priced.
I love this Les Schwabs! This is the best one that I have gone to in a long time! Mike the store manager treats his customers very well! We went to another Les Schwabs in keizer and had poor service so we came back to this Les Schwabs and we live in keizer but going to south salem is worth the drive for EXCELLENT customer service!! Horrible Les Schwab to go to. I was honest that I didn't know much about cars. I feel like that was taken advantage of. One of the reason I go to your busniess is, I felt like you would help me instead I'm finding out today that all you did was lie to me and now I'm having to pay more money that I feel like I should not have to, if only the people at Les Schwab had done their job right. My son took his Dodge Dakota in for just a tire rotation. There ended up being a problem with a broken wheel stud, which happens. But after the rotation there was a screeching noise coming from the rear of the truck. We brought it back and the assistant manager took it for a test drive and said he heard it and immediately got right on it. They found a broken brake spring and another missing. They replaced the broken stud and put on a new spring pack all at no charge. Kudos to the crew and assistant manager! My son has to rep... read more
