Waited for over 2 hrs just to get my car touched. Told me it would be done in an hr max. After I complained, they finally got my car onto the lift. Took only 15min to do the job. They weren't THAT busy. Only a few people waiting. Lady that came in just after me had her car done and was gone in under an hr. Very disappointed in the service I got.......
Wow what a day! Justin was my hero...he drove up in a truck and saved my day...it only took him mins to get my car running...(my battery died) after the amazing service I didn't mine waiting a little to get my car fixed...thank you so much! It's wonderful to have my car running better! You guys are amazing.

Chad at the South Salem location came through for me today in a huge way, going way above and beyond what he needed to do. Now I can leave on a trip with confidence that my battery isn't going to die. Give this man a raise!
Took much much longer than expected to get my car in. Didn't call my name when it was my turn. Slow to do the work. Not happy.
