Amazing customer service and quick fix of my flat!
I commute at least 3 hours a day for my job every day. When I saw I had a flat tire over the weekend I called this Schwab's center the next business day the minute they opened. They said they normally didn't take same day appointments but would get me in, although the wait would be an hour an a half because it was a busy day. Best place ever! I really dislike dealing with cars but they make it painless. Get a screw in your tire they'll pull it out take care of it and send you on your way!! They don't even want any money for it, just want you to promise you'll come back when you need something. Which I do cause Less Schwab is the best!
Great customer service! Quick and friendly !! Came in few weeks back for tire rotation and Drew helped me and told me my tires were under warranty and that he didn’t want do a rotation because safety reasons , came back in and got my tires done I asked for him he looked up my account and was friendly and great service !! I feel safe to drive now! Thank you Drew!!

I always feel like I am treated fairly at Les Schwab, but I wait and wait. I was told about an hour that turned into two hours before the car was touched, then another hour. Bring a lunch.
