Mental health are utterly pathetic. I have tried & tried to get help. But they leave you alone. The reception staff are hero's. The CPN' dont care at all. Just there for the day then leave. Im begging tonight for help. But I'll get none. I am known to do damage to myself. But.... nothing. These people dont care one little bit! I'll ll be fine. But they will say they did everything possible, a very big lie. I'd rate zero if I could
Awful practice. Rude abusive, female receptionist. Bad management and ages to get an appointment. Trying to see an actual doctor is like delving in alchemy.
I've lived in Shetland for twenty years & honestly NHS Shetland is one of the worst health services I've ever had. They worry more about money that patient care. And if you think that they don't, you're part of the problem.
