I have a parcel to collect from Amazon, and I've been trying to pick it up for 4 days. I've been there at different times and the counter is closed. They don't even put a message on the door warning that it's closed or when it will happen again. Talking with the neighbors I found out that one of the employees is on vacation and the other only opens sometimes at certain times of the day. Not open at advertised times, I've been trying to collect a parcel for a week, walked past every day, and they haven't been open at all. I've tried at many different times of day. They don't answer the phone.
You have to change your schedule. Why walk for 15 minutes and I come to you and they are closed? You have to change the time and set the time in which you are present.
