Amazing renting process. Very helpful and thorough throughout. Shoshi Harris specifically was really nice and informative about the whole letting process.
Spoke with Natalie and Nicky. Both extremely unprofessional and trying to sell a flat where no one could possibly live in. The worst part is the level of communication, speaking with shortened/slang terms and sending emails without properly addressing any concerns. Both myself and another person will never be viewing a flat through them again.
I had a fantastic experience with Klaudia, Shoshi and Nicky. They were prompt, professional and clear with their communication. Their emails have a humane touch and that personalised approach is rare to find in today’s day and age. I would recommend them 10/10.
