Never got a call back. Left my info and sales never called back. Moved on to another dealer.
No oil change was done, had to go in for one a week after buying it. Found a ding by drivers door that I have tried calling about but no returned call, mud flap in back is also coming off. I was in a pinch since my truck had blown it’s engine 2 days before and tho I love the truck not totally happy with overall service. Left 3 voicemails to finance team also and had no response
RecommendedPurchased a truck from Lenz and had a great experience working with Marty Krepsky. After having the truck home for a couple of days and driving it I noticed some stains in my driveway. Took the truck to my local mechanic in Waukesha and they determined I needed a electrical module that connects to the transmission. Called Marty and he arranged with the Service Dept to have this fixed at no charge plus provided me with a loaner vehicle. Several days later all my rear lights on the truck went out.
