I recently purchased at 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. After taking it home, it turns out it had a PTU leak. Lenz was very accommodating. They gave me a loaner vehicle while a Ford dealer they partner with took care of the issue under warranty. From my salesmen, Paul to the Finance Manager and everyone in the service department I talked to (Mike, Steve, Brian, and I’m sure a few more), every single one of them was friendly and willing to get answers for me. Although I've never bought a truck from Lenz, I'm now quite certain that I never will. I called a sales person to inquire about a truck they had on their lot. He asked when I would be free and I told him I was not sure because I am a dairy farmer and I don't have a set " schedule" and the dealership is about an hour and a half away.
