Unfortunately a good experience didn’t go so great after a 3 hour drive. Claimed I didn’t disclose damage to my car. I did! They also didn’t like that I drive my car after our initial conversations and added mileage above our conversations a week prior. They took back $1000 off on my trade in even though they agreed to match a price from another dealership. (The only reason i drove up there). Best quality of trucks and jeeps great people
Nice selection of trucks but salesman Mike Buehler was not a knowledgeable salesman. Told us we would receive the title when in-fact Wisconsin doesn’t send titles. We ran out of paper plate before we finally receive the paperwork to apply for a title. He told us nothing about how to use all of the features of the truck. I found his mannerisms to be offensive and rude. If the truck we bought wouldn’t have been exactly the truck we were looking for we would have left. I worked with Zach to purchase a 2018 F150 Lariet Diesel. After a few emails and setting up financing and an agreed price on a trade in. I made the long trip up there on Friday afternoon.
