they lie to their customers and dont do what is right. they have their salesman look right in the buyers eyes and lie through their teeth. so many issues ive had. sadly called them 3 days after buying the car and their saleman kept hanging up on me and started screaming at me before he hung up. i couldnt talk to anyone else but him. he is scum and so is lenz. One of your sales man treated us like we were dirty
First vehicle I bought from out of state and it couldnt have been easier. Drove 3 and half hours to find all the paperwork ready and truck looking better then showroom condition. I will definately be back to by another, however just do not finance through Suntrust Bank.
