Malgré plusieurs paires de lunettes achetées à cet endroit, je n ai pas eu le service auquel je m attendais. Je voulais faire réparer une branche de lunettes mais sans même la regarder, le vendeur m a dit que ce n était pas réparable. De plus , qu ils ne maintienne même plus la marque alors que je l ai achete il y a un an! Il m a dit de chercher du support sur internet! J ai fait un commentaire à la cie il y un mois, ils ont jamais pris la peine de me repondre.

Walked into this Lenscrafters after terrible service at another. Was greeted by the rep. I began trying on glasses and the rep (from a distance) was watching. When I narrowed it down to 3 pairs, the rep walked up and began discussing the benefits of each pair. Then when He saw that I had chosen a pair that fit in with the current promo, he began providing me details of the promo and what I would get. Provided excellent service. Great service! Looked at two pairs one was more expensive. They gave me a promo and went with the better fit instead of trying to sell the most expensive one. Paid a lot cheaper than what expected.

Like most LensCrafters, the staff are stuck up, condescending, and rude as soon as you start asking questions. After my eye exam next door, I took my old Ralph Lauren frames to the salesperson to ask about keeping the frames and getting new lenses. I was told the lenses alone are $300. The Optometrist had mentioned I could get my pupillary distance measured with the LensCrafters staff (makes it easier to order the right glasses online), but when I asked I was shut down rudely. “Oh no sweetie we don’t measure anything for you... read more
