Good convenient booking procerss for an exam, but don't recommend getting glasses here, the brands suck.
July 2025, LensCrafters decided to go through my bank account and took 625,99$ out of my bank account. I called and they told me it would take 6-8 weeks to receive a cheque from them. The respond I received from customer support was that “ it happens and the system can double charge a customer account. “ I called back on September 17th and spoke with a supervisor and she confirmed by email that I should receive my cheque within 10 business.
