Poor communication during the most sensitive times. Forced into exclusivity agreement but provided no clear path to a mortgage. Losing sleep every night as no direction has been provided. Lawyer has never been contacted despite assurances. And nobody is taking responsibility or providing any clear directions on how to proceed. Despite being told I was broker complete, I am now at square one with documents all over again due to a system error on their end.
