Booked with Lemon General expecting a regular window cleaning service. (I work from home so house is very accessible all year round) So far this year my windows have been cleaned in April… and then not again until August (when only the front windows were done and an attempt to charge for both front and back). Avoid if you want a regular window cleaning service.

Booked for an end-of tenancy cleaning. Happy with the cleaning (honestly I have no set standard on that...they're windows), but extremely happy with the level of communication. I had misunderstood my booking, and they were so kind and understanding and came back out to do the portion I thought I'd booked but hadn't. After struggling with communication from various companies throughout the move out process, it was refreshing to have kind and efficient help!
We have been using Lemon General Cleaners at our two properties for 2 years and have never had any problems. Great service, nice guys!
