We have been using Lemon General Cleaners at our two properties for 2 years and have never had any problems. Great service, nice guys!
Absolutely bizarre company. I booked them in online, but wasn't given a time frame. I called up requesting a rough time they would arrive as we had errands to run. I got a text saying 'on our way' with no time. I rushed back to the house, the guy had come and didn't bring a ladder so he couldn't do the windows so he left before i even arrived. Not only were the windows still filthy, but every single window that was supposedly cleaned has been scratched. This was confirmed by a manager who came out to look and the cleaner himself. Despite this, all of my messages this week have been ignored and I am now being chased for payment and threatened with legal proceedings.
