Absolutely appalling behaviour from the female dentist Ruby! She’ discriminated against me for my background! Refused to do any treatment to my teeth for 6-12 weeks to wait for approval from the dental institute after giving me an incorrect filling in which I complained about and she stated this is what happens! When I spoke to dental institute they told me this information was absurd and my treatment should have went ahead. This is an outstanding local Dentist! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the quality of the service is exceptional. Keep up the fantastic work for us locals—we truly appreciate it!
Dr Ruby is amazing. She explained everything that was happening, was patient with me and made me feel more relaxed. Slowly i’m getting over my fear of the dentist thanks to her :)
