Too much bad experience I have blood test appointment for today, but they said that my appointment was cancelled. I also asked the receptionist is there any possibility for today, but reaction was no. Even I didn't get any message for appointment cancellation. This is too unprofessional. I had also share the picture of appointmentof today. Unfortunately, I have to take another appointment at Thursday.
Usually very helpful. I had a horrible experience with a certain female doctor. Very rude all she was interested in was my tramadol use.wouldnt listen and told me no. to call the emergency line again
My experience has always been good: Dr Cooper, nurses,ladies at the reception. Thank you all. It was an emergency yesterday. And everything went well. Back phone call(Dr Robert), an appointment with Dr Dominic, valuable pieces of advice, referral to the hospital. I am grateful.
His reputation is of high opinion in NHS Scotland. Dr Dominic Gillespie is a friendly and nice Dr that would attentively take care of your health, he is a medical detective who look into your health issue seriously. He is police and kind hearted if any one go to there , he is the best one I highly recommended
I am leaving this surgery after an awful experience with Dr Sinclair. I went in upset and with concerns about my overall care over the last 4 years for a health condition. I took care not to blame her or any individual, and wasn't sure what she could do to help, but I hoped she could advocate for me to the specialist team or at least to feel heard and talk it through together.
