Extremely disappointing experience. The receptionist was rude and dismissive from the start, which made things unnecessarily stressful. After my pet’s surgery, I received barely any pre- or post-op advice, and when I noticed a stitch that hadn’t dissolved as expected, I called to ask for guidance. Instead of reassurance or help, I was met with attitude and treated like an inconvenience. Cat had dental here good service
My dog went for his vacs. Seemed had tartar on his teeth. What a delight, suggested bones which they provided! Also clean them with a toothbrush, which I am doing. How refreshing not to be sold loads of STUFF
Been at another vet for years, but when they were busy I decided to try here instead. Well I was very impressed, so much so we are moving vets now. The pricing is very good and they are very professional, helpful and interested in you and your pets. Highly recommend
Marina is a fantastic vet. Unlike the big chains she actually cares about the animals in her care and their owners and it's not all just about making money. I would highly recommend the practice and I'm a dog trainer and behaviourist.
