Being an international student, I've lived here for 3 years and it felt like home away from home. Pradeep uncle and Kev were so kind and helpful that whenever I had any problems, they quickly sort it out. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were neat and tidy and had all the amenities.
Kev is such a wonderful colleague. He helped me and assured me about property. One of the best staff members.
A fantastic place to live for students in Leicester. Great location in the city centre with easy access to shops, pubs, and both university campuses. Kev and his team are all brilliant, always happy to help, and willing to chat. A genuinely friendly and helpful team who will take great care during your stay!
I stayed in a studio for the first year of my studies and I couldn’t recommend it enough! Very spacious and affordable plus it was 5 min away from DMU. Kev is the best landlord I’ve ever had. Super friendly, helpful and top quality respond time! Whenever I had issues he was quick to help. I felt very comfortable and safe staying here.
I stayed at LSA for 3/4 years of university, and I can't recommend them enough! The rooms are modern and spacious and I felt very comfortable there. My landlords were always ready to assist whenever I needed anything, and genuinely caring about their tenants' well-being and sooo understanding. If you're looking for an accommodation that will make you feel like you’re at home and landlords who go above and beyond, look no further. I highly recommend booking with them!
