Small plumbing job - Leicester Plumbers. April 2025. Had a broken outside tap removed and replaced by Simon Grosvenor. He arrived promptly, and got the job completed in less than 30 minutes, leaving no mess. Friendly, efficient and trustworthy, I would be happy to have him do other plumbing jobs for me, as he answered any questions I had, and did a good quality job. Thanks! 👍
Simon, Ethan and John came out to investigate a leak in our bathroom and, after diagnosing the problem we booked them in to replace our shower corner unit and some isolation valves. They were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to talk us through each step of the job as they progressed through it. Since we had them in we also asked them to replace our toilet pan which they were happy to do on the same job. We had a broken kitchen and bathroom sink tap. I contacted Leicester Plumbers and arranged a convenient appointment within a week. Simon arrived as arranged and changed the taps efficiently and tidily. He was very professional, honest and polite.
