They are money hungry the worst service ever two years ago they stop my treatment because I have high deductible and when they figured out that you are not native speaker they took advantage of you and they do not have time to explain that to me !! I was in pain I can not sleep or walk!!!
they charge for the facility and the provider. so a visit that would be 30 dollars ended up being TWICE that amount! Would not recommend! Poor mentioning of this when you go there. When I made appointment in office did not mention!! It's called provider based billing. So if you want to pay double go there! Rip off! They even settled out of court I read for the same thing!

My Daughter who has a myriad of health problems is sitting in the waiting room still right now after waiting with Chest Pains and other issues for the last 5 hours. She was told in Triage that she is doing to herself and its in her head.She is 19 years old and Chest pains are a scary thing for her as she lost her Mother at this "Wonderful" Hospital! RecommendedGreat caring, compassionate staff. From doctors to nurses to transport to the nurses aid, to everyone we have encountered while being on this campus. They really go above and beyond to make sure things are as comfortable as possible and that they get to know ya on a personal level. I highly recommend this hospital! All 3 LHV campuses in Lehigh valley are amazing.
