It sucks, nobody knows what the hell is going on, there was a woman who ran out out the ER that said she was there for 8 hours and she was crying, she said nobody help her, I for one was sent there by my Dr and everything going should have been set up, I waited in the waiting room 2 hours then the Dr still did know what I was there for. Timetable find a new hospital!
The nurses in labor and delivery did not seem to give a shit about how my fiance was feeling. Then once the baby came they would keep coming in right after the baby would fall asleep and wake her up not allowing us to get any rest at all. Her entire pregnancy they showed no concerns and seemed mad about anything that we called concerned about even after being told to call if anything happened

I had a very good experience as I always do. The nurses and techs are very friendly. Just wish they didn't keep waking me up when I'm sleeping - lol but that's what they do.
I continue to be amazed at the Burn Recovery Center and Burn Inpatient Unit. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I travel an hour and a half to two hours for each visit, not because there are no hospitals around me, but because I have not found any other hospitals or offices with such extraordinary excellence! I love going to Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest. I'm always treated as a guest, not a patient or a customer, but as a welcomed guest. Every department I've ever gone to, the staff is always friendly and courteous. I wish that Lehigh was closer to where I live, but I make do. I also work in a hospital and most the staff is rude and as a patient not treated half as well as patients at Lehigh are treated. Lehigh should train some of our staff members!!!! Love Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest, keep up the great work.
Our family's experience with Lehigh has been excellent. The CCU nurses and doctors have been exceedingly kind and accommodating!
