My mother is currently admitted. ER RN Julie Zetkulic needs some time off . The service she provided this evening was horrendous! Communication is key in every situation! Everyone can you use a training refresher every now and again . She is in need of it ! Praying tonight not only for my mother but you Julie ! May your shift end soon. May the next patient that encounters you receive better care .

The supposedly newly renovated floors with all private rooms is a lie. I just spent 4 tortuous nights in a 2 beded room with very confused and noisy roommates. I had a possible heart attack and was supposed to be resting. The environment made rest impossible. I counted more semi private rooms than private rooms. Also still minimal hot water in my room. I really could not tell much difference in non renovated rooms versus renovated rooms. As usual advertised improvements at this hospital are not to be believed.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way your ER doctor and nurse treated my mother. My mom was so upset, she was crying and the Doctor was nothing but condescending to her. The nurse was a cluttered slob and didn’t even bother to help my mom take the leads off her when they were done! My mother began bleeding after the nurse removed her IV and the nurse literally couldn’t be bothered to get her some more gauze. My mom is on BLOOD THINNERS!!!!
