No, I would not recommend the sales practice or the quality of a Honda. It is unfortunate as we had three Hondas but are very disappointed. I guess the only positive is that it taught my 16 year old son(who accompanied us today to buy the car) a lesson in the type of negative sales Practices and the fact the some companies don’t stand behind the quality of their product.
We got our Honda Odyssey fixed after an accident fixed at Vinart collision- big mistake. They kept the car for 8 wks and after a lot of phone calls and heated arguments and visit, gave my car. The battery died within 24 hrs and the inside lights don’t work. Called AAA for jump start and left the car back at Vinart. They gave it back after a week and the lights are still not fixed. I had an appt at 1030 to drop my car off for a recall repair. Brian told me it would be a quick repair when I let him know I needed to use the shuttle service and I had to be done by 5:00 at the latest due to an appt that evening. I called to inquire about my vehicle around 330 and was assured it would be done in time. I didn’t get a call until 4:50 saying they were coming to pick me up.
