They tell you want you want to hear over the phone, then when you get there the cars online are no longer available because it "just sold that morning". Gotta say their smooth talkers and good at wasting someones time.
Spoke to multiple people before driving my gas almost 45 minutes to get there in regards to trading in my car only to sit there for hours and leave without a vehicle. Tried telling me my Volvo turbo SUV was only worth $500. Would not recommend this dealership.

very bad customer service both buying my Civic and service. BE WARE people who buy a Civic it is a very common problem rocks hit the condenser and ruin it. it is not covered under warranty even though it's their fault for placing it at the bottom of the car and no protection. they also will use your gas and make an appointment and take days to look at your car. They had my car for 5 hours just to tell me I had to go somewhere else. No call on what was wrong with my car I had to call them and they still didn’t do anything to it! Worst Honda dealer ship to say the least for many reasons only been there two times and it was hell
