Worst service experience and customer service ever! I waited a week for an appointment, picked up my car and had the same problem it has before going in not even 30 minutes after picking it up. I called my service consultant immediately and left 2 messages for a “manager”, and still have yet to hear back. I also messaged this account on Facebook and was told someone would contact me during business hours. Haven’t heard a peep. Almost a week since my repairs now and still cannot get in touch with anyone.

RecommendedI got my Honda CRV in March and Lehigh Valley Honda has always been great to deal with. All the staff is friendly. They always provide quick service and give me a loaner or ride to where I need to go so I'm not stranded. I opted for the extended warranty and haven't had to pay a dime for the very minor thing that's cropped up since my purchase. I would definitely recommend them!

RecommendedAny time I have any sort of issue with my car they always take good care of me so I personally never had a bad experience with them .... soon I’ll be trading in my car for a new one and let’s see how that goes !
