Although the sale was fair, the lack of communication between what I was told on the phone vs. what I was told in person was a bit concerning. Also, I was called after the sale and told "a piece of paper that needed to be signed" for my trade in was missing. When questioned, people from Honda were very vague. Turns out it was the odometer disclosure statement, which had already been signed. The original disclosure had a typo on the mileage. No big deal, but don't tell me that I didn't sign it. Be honest.

I had my 2 year old daughter with me while buying my 2017 Hyundai and they were very nice to her and didn’t mind at all that she was a little fussy towards the end.
