Purchased travel insurance so we could cancel in the event of an emergency. We did in fact have to cancel due to the pandemic. It’s been over a month and we still haven’t received our refund. The phone number we call says no one can help with refunds and will not give you contact information for anyone that can help you. It’s absolutely ridiculous and we will NEVER spend a dime here again. Such a horrible customer service model.
Legoland refuses a refund I booked a trip to Legoland Hotel California via Pricelne in February, 2020 for May 21st, 2020, Legoland is not allowing Priceline to reimburse me for the stay ~ $1500 even though they will be closed on the dates I booked. Legoland is closed and they refuse to refund my vacation package. We are scheduled to arrive May 5. If you can’t fulfill you end of the deal, then refund your customers! Completely unacceptable and poor customer service all around. This has left a really bad taste in my mouth and makes me not want to buy anything LEGO related anymore.
It’s been 6 weeks since I requested a refund do to the closure of the park and hotel as a result of COVID-19. I purchased the additional insurance as well but I’ve yet to see my refund. I’ve seen several others having the same issue. This unacceptable and I’m unlikely to book again once things open up as a result.
I'm so disappointed in Legoland. We booked a stay at the Castle Hotel for spring break and it was a big splurge for us. We absolutely did not want to cancel but had to due to Covid-19. Our kids are devastated and we absolutely had planned on rebooking once it was safe. On March 20th I received an email that we would be refunded for our stay. We still have not recieved a refund. Our family purchased the VIP package for $4,000 prior to the parks closures. I received an email from your representative stating that I could receive a full refund once the lark closed and when I called to confirm I was denied and the customer service was not what I would expect from Legoland. My family and I are very disappointed in the treatment we received and will be looking into other measures.
