So disappointed in the Holiday event and especially since we're annual pass holders.. Several of the food options advertised online were not even open and holiday treats were definitely an over sell. The kid's kit you can purchase at a "discount" at the time of buying the event tickets were more expensive than the onsite price. I would and will not recommend to my friends or colleagues (healthcare and military).

The experience of staying at the Legoland hotel was not the greatest. To start off with we where offered a more themed room and we said yes and where ok with the up charge. Coming to find out the room we paid extra for the AC didn’t work. The patio table was completely covered in dirt/dust. The room smelled musty, counters where dirty. This room should have been out of order. We called front desk to let them know of the issues. They Couldn’t fix the AC so we had to change rooms. I have requested a refund for my $400 worth of season passes due to COVID and pre-existing conditions with no success. I will not be able to use these tickets as long as COVID is here. Legoland is a greedy company without any concern about people’s health and lives.

purchased tickets to be able to go in September. Because of covid are now unable to go and decided to get a refund. Because I didn't purchase the cancellation whatever it is they're refusing to refund me, even though there is a pandemic and they are closed. What a terrible way to do business, I have nothing good to say about this company now.
