RecommendedLegoland city is awesome creation.
I purchased a flexible cancellation vacation package and cancelled within the cancellation window. It's been two months since I've cancelled and Legoland has yet to refund me. Each time I've followed up with Legoland regarding my refund, they have been completely noncommittal about when the refund is coming. What is the point of charging customers extra for a flexible cancellation package if they are not going to honor the deal? This completely unacceptable for a global company as big as Lego. REFUND MY MONEY YOU OWE ME
Legoland is refusing to provide a refund as we did not purchase the cancellation insurance. However, we did not cancel. Their park was closed due to Covid-19 on the dates we were booked for. A situation neither party could control. Thus, the right thing to do during a global pandemic that shut your park down is refund guests who were booked far in advance for the time you were closed. I’d recommend the park, but the hotel refuses to provide a refund despite COVID-19 closures. They offered free rebooking, but the event we were registered for is canceled. This just seems like poor customer service and business practice - to nickle and dime your customers to solve a cash flow problem.
I have bought annual passes to Legoland for my family for the past 3 years. This year we have yet to use our passes and will not be able to due to the Coronavirus and they will not refund the passes. This is the end of our relationship with Legoland.
